1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtjal ("bdtjal", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the bdtjal website located at https://bdtjal.net and all related services, products, games, and features made available through that website.

By accessing the bdtjal website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to bdtjal is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as they hold an active bdtjal account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

bdtjal reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed. Winnings generated prior to satisfactory age verification may be voided if the player is subsequently found to be under the age of 18.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of bdtjal complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. bdtjal makes no representation that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To access real-money games and sports betting on bdtjal, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

Each player may hold only one (1) bdtjal account. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bdtjal balance almost immediately following successful transfer confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank. bdtjal does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited to bdtjal must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Where a deposit is found to have originated from a third-party source, bdtjal reserves the right to reverse the deposit and close the player account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. bdtjal aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any required security checks. bdtjal reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable basis for conducting additional verification.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the player's account have been fully satisfied. Players may forfeit an active bonus and its associated wagering requirement at any time through their account settings, after which a withdrawal request may be submitted for the non-bonus portion of the balance.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on bdtjal are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdtjal does not apply currency conversion charges within the platform. Players who fund their account via an international payment method may be subject to foreign exchange conversion by their card issuer or bank; such charges are outside bdtjal's control and are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdtjal may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, and other promotional offers to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the duplicated bonus and may result in account closure.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free bets carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited from the player's account.

• Abuse and Exploitation: bdtjal reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the fair intent of any promotional offer.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using bdtjal, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Registering or operating more than one bdtjal account.
• Accessing bdtjal from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit the Platform's odds or game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the Platform.
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or other financial mechanisms to dishonestly recover funds from wagering activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtjal staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the Platform, any other player's account, or bdtjal's backend systems.

bdtjal employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems that operate continuously. Activities flagged as suspicious will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended during an investigation pending its outcome. bdtjal's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final, subject to any applicable regulatory or legal review process.

7. Game Rules and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bdtjal use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by established third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the respective game provider's certified RNG system and are not influenced by bdtjal's own systems or by any other player's actions.

7.2 Accepted Bets

A bet or wager is only deemed accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by bdtjal's system and a confirmation reference is displayed on screen or recorded in your account transaction history. Bets placed during a network interruption, system error, or connectivity failure may be void if the Platform cannot confirm receipt. In such cases, any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by bdtjal's sportsbook rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the sportsbook rules and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail except where the sportsbook rules specifically address the point in question.

bdtjal reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is credible evidence of match manipulation, corrupted data feeds, or manifest errors in the odds offered. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Disconnections and Technical Faults

bdtjal is not liable for losses arising from disconnections, internet outages, or device failures that occur on the player's side during active play. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game or sports bet and the game or event outcome has already been determined by the relevant provider's system, that outcome stands. bdtjal will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of interrupted sessions from server-side records.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdtjal account at any time by contacting the support team at support at bdtjal.net. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active wagering requirements remain unsatisfied on bonus funds held in the account.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion in addition to, or instead of, a standard account closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdtjal

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by bdtjal due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach identified. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as regulatory changes or business decisions — the player's verified balance will be returned via their registered payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdtjal will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity policy to your account. Players with inactive accounts are encouraged to log in and, if they no longer wish to continue using the Platform, to formally request closure via support.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdtjal's operating jurisdiction. Most issues can be resolved within 5 business days of the initial complaint being received and acknowledged.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjal's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtjal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical faults outside bdtjal's reasonable control, or third-party service failures (including game provider outages or payment processor failures).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdtjal makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities beyond those addressed by our 256-bit SSL infrastructure and security monitoring systems.
